Unable to logon to CQ56 using LDAP authentication

Help needed urgently.

I am unable to logon to CQ5 using LDAP authentication. I got this error "  com.day.crx.security.ldap.LDAPLoginModule login: unkown User for ID ''app_testsrv'' .
